How to register 

1. Download one of these excel spreadsheet Registration Forms: 

          Use this Registration Form if you are a staff member of a university, research institute, or Government.
          Use this Registration Form if you are a staff member of a private sector organisation.
 
2. Complete the Registration Form and email it to joanne@opteon.com.au

Following receipt of the Registration Form we will email you confirmation of registration, and an invoice for the registration fees.


Do you need approval to attend?

If you need to obtain approval to attend the workshop, you may find this Request for Approval useful, which you are free to use and change as you see fit.
